Bitter Melon Water.
Wash 1-small/medium size bitter melon, remove the seeds, and slice.
Place the bitter melon slices in a medium-sized pot with 2 cups of filtered water.
Bring bitter melon to a boil, and cook over medium heat until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Let bitter melon cool down. Limit your daily intake of bitter melon up to 2-ounces.
