Morning or Evening-Nighttime Face and Neck Cleansing???

Okay, ladies aged 60 and over, the day is done and you’re ready to crawl into bed, but don’t crash before gently cleansing your face. In a perfect world for some, perhaps twice a day would be ideal to gently cleanse your face and neck, but let’s look at the several reasons why evening-nighttime cleansing benefits the face and neck as we age?

Listed are reasons why the evening or nighttime is good for cleansing your skin (that is the face and neck):

1. Evening time gently cleansing of the face and neck allows more time…If apply, don’t forget to gently remove eye and skin makeup prior to cleansing

2. Cleansing routine of the face and neck helps to keep your skin in good health and ready your skin to receive your night-time products such as a moisturizer, eye cream, and serum, etc.

3. Using natural cleansing products gently over the face and neck with circular movements helps to reduce wrinkles and smooth skin

4. Evening or nighttime cleansing removes daytime residue, makeup, dirt, bacteria, and anything else on the skin (face and neck)

5. Gently cleansing/washing your face and neck at night is just one of the positive steps to taking care of your aging skin, the rest depends on serums, moisturizer, toner, mists, exfoliation, and face masks, etc., plus the food you eat, exercise, your mindset and managing stress.

During my aging journey, I have been focusing on taking better care of myself inside and out including SKINCARE. I recently started using natural organic skin care products from a business developed and owned by 3-Black Female Entrepreneurs, who are on a mission to reveal radiant skin. I will keep you updated periodically on my skincare routine and the results of the journey.
